Shipping policy

Flat Rate shipping for UK Mainland and Scotland is £3.00 per order.

For Bigger items its £6.50 to UK Mainland

Scotland is £12.50

Northern Ireland is £15

Due to the cost of shipping certain items to Northern Ireland we have had to remove these from the region as they are not cost effective for us to ship and also a big expense on you as the customer.

 We are happy to get quotes for shipping these items: Contact us on sales@sandgsportsltd.co.uk 

We use a mix of couriers. Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, DX and Parcelforce. (sometimes other couriers may be used)

Orders over £100 automatically qualify for free shipping (Excluding NI and Scottish islands)

Drop shipping

We currently use a drop shipping service for our bigger items, this saves us storage space and time.

 

What is Drop shipping?

Drop shipping is where the product is stored at a suppliers warehouse, any orders we receive for these items will be forwarded on and fulfilled by them.

The sale of the goods is between us and the customer who buys from us not the supplier. Any issues you have with a drop shipped item will be dealt with by us. Any issues will need to be emailed to sales@sandgsportsltd.co.uk 

Drop shipped items are charged at £6.50 for UK mainland and Wales, Scotland is charged at £12.50 this will be automatically added at cart. 

We have encountered issues in the past with some items going to Northern Ireland with couriers almost doubling the price for us to ship, if this is the case we will email you to advise further.

Sometimes an order gets placed but the supplier has no stock of that item, if this is the case we will be in touch with you to offer a refund or an alternative.
